Rob: Tetty.
Peggy: Hug.
Rob: Hug
Peggy: /Bai/ (~Bear without terminal “r”) Unclear verbal (alt. ~back)
Rob: Dance?
Peggy: /Bai/ [bouncing Teddy bear up & down]
Bob: Now, maybe you can dance together if she wants to.
Peggy: [swinging Teddy at Robby, “playing” and dominating]
Rob: I don’t think that’s what she wants.
Bob: I don’t know what she wants….

Peggy; [demonstrates Teddy activity]
Bob: Oh, okay. So he dances with his feet on the ground.
Peggy: [moving Teddy onto a chair] ~Share (=”chair”) twice.
Rob: Chair.

Rob: Ears…Don’t hold me by the ears, it hurts….
Peggy: [lays her head on Teddy, puts him down on the chair] Gone. Gone.
Rob: He’s gone Oh, no.
Peggy: [lifts Teddy up towards Robby] Unclear verbal (?=”he’s back”) [passes Teddy to Rob]
Rob: [Hugs Teddy and returns him to Peggy]

Peggy: ~Back? Dance?
Both: [dance, circling, with Teddy in between]
Bob: Oh, you’re dancing?
Peggy: Teddy.
Rob: Teddy.
Bob: Teddy’s dancing, too, huh?
Peggy: Teddy.
Bob: Oh, wait a minute. You need some music. (lilting or diddling ‘Merrily Kiss the Quaker’)
Rob: Hey, dad, next experiment, we could let Peggy dance and put on a record.
Bob: oh, yeah, but she dances just about as well with or without records, I figure.
Well, thank you for dancing, Peggy and Robby and Teddy.

Peggy: [Peggy goes to toy box]
Bob: More toys in there?
Peggy: There, There.
Rob: Bears?…. Let’s see. Let’s try to find the bears.
Peggy: [fishes out a toy, a small stuffed rhino]
Rob: I know where there’s a bear, Peggy. [points at Teddy] Right there.
Peggy: [turns] Oh…. Oh. [walks past Teddy and Bob, off camera]
Bob: Where are you going, Peg?
Peggy: Shoes?
Bob: Yeah, they’re your shoes. I’m going to turn off the camera now that she’s left….

Rob: Hey, I think I know where a bear is.
