LC0aR5 Edutainment 2011, Conference Keynote Presentation

Thinkable Models and Educational Games stories and ideas about research

The paper captures the substance of my presentation in Taipei. It is more of a summary of past work, some previously published, integrated with new ideas. I had withdrawn it from publication because it did not include new research, as such. It was well received generally, however, as an inspirational presentation. The editor of the British Journal of Educational Technology asked if I would permit its publication, recast as an interview, thus clearly being a document intended to be more summary than a research report. I agreed. It appears in:
British Journal of Educational Technology, Vol.44, No.1, pp.20-30, January 2013. Published in Oxford, UK by Blackwell Publishing Ltd., now a part of John Wiley and Sons.
